Horrible owner! Threatened to call the cops on me when questioning their charges. Embarrassed me and disappointed me.

Sorry for your experience. We have a strict Diagnosis Policy. As with any business services rendered means service has to be paid for. No payment No Keys. I apologize if you felt embarrassed, as that was not our intent. We can’t work word of others that can’t do there job correctly therefore we provide you with a Diagnosis that guarantees that our work is right and is covered by our warranty and our guarantee, that’s to protect you and the company from doing a job that’s not needed on your vehicle. We Strive to Treat our Customers with respect and honor, but the rules are rules. Sorry for the Disappointment.
