Where do I begin with the service I've received from this shop, let me say I have been doing business with auto shop in the past and if there were or is a problem, I will voice my concerns. Well this is no different. The worst experience I have ever had. I was charged for work on my car that was not performed, I brought my car in to have the check engine light taken care of with a code that I explain to the owner and front desk. After having my car for 33 days and I WILL extend them grace, only because of the holiday season, no contact or update until 19 of January but was charge an amount THAT WOULD SHOCK ANY MAN!! The problem was still there plus I now have two new codes which weren't there before I brought my car to this shop my parts for the engine was not replaced and screw were and are still missing and were not replace, but was allowed to drive my car home. After taken my car to another place to see why it now drives hard the next day and to find out I have two new codes was mind blowing. I now have to have my car repair by another auto shop that will perform the job correctly is heart breaking for I did my do diligences and went on line and read the review to only be rip off by this shop is heart breaking and to deal with the out come, of having to repair my car by another is the WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THIS SHOP FOR ANY AUTO NEED DO MORE THEN JUST READ THEIR REVIEW REALLY RESEARCH.
Ms Brown where do I begin. Another good deed never goes unpunished. I’m sorry that you feel this way. You have left out key points that future clients of mine should know. 1: I don’t allow outside parts in my shop “rock auto or parts geek etc” quality is not guaranteed. I’ve never used those in the last 15 years but I allowed you to bring in your old parts because of your story about your price concerns about it having already paid for those same parts with Rainbow Muffler installed originally. Misses Brown original shop why she brought it to me and never held responsible for botched repair in the first place. 2: the reason her car was in the shop so long was because of again waiting on her parts to be delivered to my shop again via snail mail which client wanted me to go and pick up parts from the post office. You also forgot to mention the repairs recommended by the dealership which she refused to repair with the dealership had not been performed but after explaining the importance of a good battery. I never sold Ms Brown a battery, you went to Walmart and purchased your own battery which was the wrong size battery for the car. I also had to come on Holiday break to exchange out her car and leave the battery sit outside my shop for your core. 3: The only repair made to your car was exhaust gaskets that had been destroyed by Rainbow Muffler original repair which made you have the DTC code 0171 in the first place. Which I might add two other shops had told you about including the dealership. Upon repairing the broken exhaust and putting on parts you provided yourself. You experienced two additional codes due directly to parts you provided. 4: No repairs I suggested were made to your car 5: The Gap in communication was do to waiting on your mail order parts. Good deed Punishment is what this is called. This is also a business lesson for I and my team. Thanks for the opportunity to serve you. This is a very frivolous and undeserving review.
