After waiting for the MB dealership to complete my Bluetec recall for almost a year. I needed to find somewhere local that I can take my E 350 to get regular maintenance. So I scheduled an oil change with the hopes of possibly getting additional information & better prices than the dealership would offer. The service completed & information provided greatly exceeded my expectations. I was hoping for a few words of advice & ended up with some wise words of wisdom & a solid connection for some time to come. In a world where customer service barely exists, this would be the exception & I would highly recommend for anyone looking for the same results to not hesitate when booking your next vehicle appointment.

My Sprinter died on i75 by Stockbridge, and the first thing I did after searching nearest repair shops was read their reviews. I didn't have to read too many. Read Sam Smith, and had it towed to his shop . It was around 2am, and I left a vm on the shop phone. Sam came in and took care of me first thing. He was quick to diagnose it, and even quicker to repair it. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to him. Best of all, he didn't overcharge me like 99% of the shops I have the not so great pleasure of dealing with. Thanks again Sam. You're the man!!
