I brought my ML350 Bluetec into Sam’s because it was repeatedly going into limp mode. After performing a diagnostic, Sam was able to perform a few services to get my vehicle back into optimal functionality. What I appreciated most about his service was that he showed me photos of what he repaired and lifted my hood to pinpoint parts he replaced. Also, his staff was professional and respectful, which is hard to find these days!

Water was in my car (Mecerdes-Benz) front/back. Everywhere I called no one had time to see me or fit me in till next year. My last try I called Sam Smith Performance and Ms. Lisa spoke to Mr. Sam and they told me to come on in. Mr. Sam work on my car and resolve my problem. He drained the water open the clog gasket dry my carpet and told me what to keep a check on in the future. Got my car back the same day. God answered my prayers and sent them my way.
